IMPORTANT: All delivery times are estimates provided by USPS, and cannot be guaranteed by Magma Industries. All orders will be shipped within 1 day if placed before 12pm PST. All devices (Magma, LEBoro Magma, Obsidian) ship same day when ordered by 12pm Pacific Standard Time, and will be delivered default by United States Postal Service First Class Package Service, unless otherwise noted. In limited circumstances some packages may ship via UPS, FedEX, or DHL (even if USPS was selected), in which case your USPS tracking number will not appear on USPS.com. Your order will only ship with external carriers (non-USPS) to ensure we get it delivered in the shortest amount of time possible. Please utilize your tracking number with UPS, FedEX, or DHL before inquiring about your shipment if it does not show up using USPS.com. Any claims for lost packages must be made after the tracking number shows no movement for 15 days. Claims cannot be made after 45 days of inactivity.
**As of April, 2019: All orders containing extra O-ring sets will ship separately from the percolation device itself. In most cases they will ship the same day via USPS Letter Mail. Please allow for 1-2 days difference in delivery date before inquiring.
